His experience includes leadership roles and delivery work across Salesforce, Deloitte, complex enterprise transformation programs, and more than 200 Salesforce implementations. More recently, his work has focused on applied AI, agentic systems, context engineering, healthcare AI, rapid prototyping, and moving AI solutions from concept toward production.
